Easy to use site

I got a Starter Pack and a Wet Bag. The website was super easy to navigate, found what I needed fast. Everything arrived packaged nicely and the nappy prints are cute. Pretty happy with it all.

Good quality, delivery took a bit

I bought a FlexiNappy and some Bamboo Inserts. The quality of the nappy seems really good, nice and soft. It holds up well after washing. My only minor gripe was that shipping took almost a week to get to me, which felt a little long. Everything arrived in good condition though.

FlexiNappy and accessories worked well

I recently purchased several FlexiNappies, a Pail Liner, and some Cloth Wipes. The ordering process was straightforward on their site, and I received an order confirmation quickly. Shipping took about 6 days to reach my address in California, which was within the expected timeframe. The nappies themselves are well-made; the snaps feel sturdy and the material is soft against baby's skin. The Pail Liner does a great job containing odors before wash day, and the wipes are soft and absorbent. I had a small question about washing the inserts, and customer service responded to my email within 24 hours with clear instructions. Overall, a positive experience and I'd consider buying more as needed.

Great value on the kit

I was looking for a good deal on cloth nappies and decided to try Cutie Patootie. I picked up a Full Time Kit during one of their sales, which saved me a decent amount compared to buying everything separately. The free shipping over $150 was a nice bonus too, helped keep the cost down. The items arrived well-packed and seem durable. For a first-time buyer like me, it felt like a smart purchase and good value for what you get.

What's their return policy like if the nappies don't work out? Is it a hassle?

K Kevin 3 weeks ago
I returned a wet bag once, and it was pretty straightforward. Just make sure it's unused and in original packaging. You usually pay for return shipping though.

Returns were easy for me, just make sure you check their exact policy on the site, I think it's within 30 days and items have to be new.

Can you stack discount codes at Cutie Patootie? Got a newsletter signup code but also saw some bundle deals.

M Marcus Hughes 1 month ago
Nah, usually you can only use one code at a time. I tried it once and it wouldn't let me combine things.

Pretty sure their policy is no stacking codes, especially with bundles already being discounted. It'll say at checkout if it works, but usually not.

Hey, wondering if anyone knows how many FlexiNappies I'd need for full-time use? Trying to figure out my budget for a starter pack.

J Jared 1 month ago
From what I remember, they recommend around 20-24 nappies for full-time. That gives you enough to wash every 2-3 days.

Yeah, I think the full-time kits on their site usually come with about 20, which has been good for us.

How long does shipping usually take to like, New York City? Trying to plan when to order stuff before baby arrives.

R Rachel 3 weeks ago
Hmm, since they're coming from Australia, it's not super fast. I'd say give it at least 2-3 weeks, maybe more just to be safe.

Mine took about 15 business days to get to me in Texas, so NYC should be similar. Factor in a little extra time for customs sometimes.

Is there usually a good Black Friday sale? Debating whether to buy a starter kit now or wait.

M Marcus Okafor 1 month ago
Oh yeah, they definitely have Black Friday sales! I got some good bundle deals last year, probably worth waiting if you can.

They usually do, like 20-25% off sometimes. If you're not in a rush, waiting for Black Friday or maybe a warehouse sale could save you some cash.

Thinking about getting some FlexiNappies, but also looking at EcoNaps. Anyone have experience with both and can say which is better?

J Josh L. 1 month ago
I've used both! FlexiNappies feel a bit more premium and trim on my baby, but EcoNaps are also good. I think the absorbency is pretty similar, just comes down to fit and prints preference really.

I found Cutie Patootie's inserts a bit more absorbent for my heavy wetter compared to EcoNaps, but EcoNaps have some super cute designs. Can't go wrong with either, honestly.

Are these guys legit? I see they're Australian but buying from the US, just want to make sure it's not some scam.

R Rachel Lindqvist 1 month ago
Totally legit! I've ordered from them a few times to the US, never had an issue. Products are great quality.

Yeah, they're a real brand. Lots of good reviews out there if you search around. My order shipped fine to California.
